Gentoo – Advanced Clear Hydrophobic Coating
Gentoo™ is the next generation of corrosion-resistant and easy-cleaning coatings. With its combination of high performing abrasion resistance and very low sliding angle, Gentoo™ excels where other coatings have fallen short.
Traditional hydrophobic coatings are clear and abrasion resistant but do not shed fluid easily. Superhydrophobic coatings are generally great at shedding water, but are not clear, and are easily removed. Whether it’s abrasion resistance, oil repellency or visual clarity, conventional coatings have their limitations. Gentoo™ changes that.
Gentoo™ is a clear coating that not only repels water but most oils and solvents. It is also able to withstand significant abrasion without sacrificing performance.
Ultra-Ever Dry
Ultra-Ever Dry® is a superhydrophobic (water) and oleophobic (hydrocarbons) coating that will repel most water-based and some oil-based liquids. Ultra-Ever Dry® uses proprietary omniphobic technology to coat an object and create a surface chemistry and texture with patterns of geometric shapes that have “peaks” or “high points”. These high points repel water, some oils, wet concrete, and other liquids unlike any other coating.
Ultra-Ever Dry® has vastly improved adhesion and abrasion resistance, compared to previous superhydrophobic technologies, allowing it to be used in applications where greater durability is required.
Spill Containment Systems
Whether it’s smaller items like twenty-litre buckets or an entire rail car, we’ve got a spill containment or bunding products to make sure that you are in compliance with EPA, SPCC, and other regulations and best-practices. Tactical Welder
No one would argue the necessity and usefulness of welding. It is often the best and sometimes the only option in fabrication and repair. And so long as the work can be brought into a welding shop, there are few challenges in the process. But when work is required out in the field, more specifically in remote areas… the challenges abound!
Welding equipment has traditionally been large, heavy and bulky… and necessarily so. Until now. The Tactical Welder is a completely portable welding solution that offers the power that used to take a room full of equipment.
